Agreed - I tried to rent out a property through Haart Wimbledon lettings team this summer and it was a disaster. They were dishonest and unprofessional giving me misleading information to keep me from accepting alternative offers then leaving me high and dry when their candidate pulled out and they didn't inform me. They would do anything for a commission and are not trustworthy. The team leader was unapologetic and their complaints system is a sham. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use these agents to either market your property or buy a property through. The manager is the most arrogant and obnoxious man we have ever come across. We have first hand experience in trying to sell our property through these agents as well as buying a property and the people that we have dealt with there are nothing but lazy, arrogant and rude. It's as if they're doing you a favour by selling your property!! You’ll save yourself alot of hassle, stress and verbal abuse if you use another estate agent!
