Very bad experience. There were numerous issues which were handled very slowly and always needed to be chased. We have repainted & refreshed the flat but received bad service from the beginning to the end. They should really watch their management and maintenance depts as it's poor at the moment.

I would never recommend this agency - rude, very unprofessional and also poor communication. It take them deal with very basic issues more than 4 months, please avoid at any cost.....
