DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.
They will continuously ignore raised issues to repair anything, including serious issues like no hot water and mice running rampant in the flats. They will drag their feet to even respond, then gaslight you about the seriousness of the issue, and THEN attempt to retaliate against you when you leave by fabricating issues and outright lying so that they can attempt to extort money.
