All stuff is very pushy, unprofessional, they are texting you until you sign and pay - and after they just ignore you. I went in to the office without appointment, as i was not get a respond from no one , The agent first send me a contact to sign with other clients name on, then they want me to move in Next day / Tuesday/ and the house was not even ready, no lock on the room door, some furniture missing, and switch on the wall was still hanging when i visited the house / Health and Safety. /I got a contract 1:30 pm and i booked an appointment Next day to go back to sign- as i wanted to Read it properly.
1 hours later Admin manager called me :
I have been discriminated and rejected, because i had a few questions about the contract and i did not sign my contract without reading it.
She told me I’m not suitable !

I’m a professional, working full time at Gp surgery leading 5 member of my team , super clean, tidy, love rules - and i wasn’t suitable!

To be honest, I got excited to discover some really lovely new residences in the Spare room that SpotHomes in Wimbledon was offering. When he took us around a few of the properties, the agent guy was kind and accommodating. The residences were very recently renovated, and while certain areas were still unfinished and unsafe for habitation, they were promised to be finished in a week.
Still…..once you pay the first £180 fee, which offers to be taken off the market.(What did not heppen) You've been pressured to decide quickly, as the market does NOT favour those who want to rent now as too many people are looking, but not enough properties on the market, but you're raising some questions as you should. You are the one who will live there.
Be cautious if you want to rent a room or other property from them.
Don't let them to push you.

READ THE CONTRACT FIRST BEFORE YOU SIGN!
