I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly Quest staff were to us, considering the reputation of agents. We did not experience all the hard selling that is ever so common in this industry. They took time, listened to our requirements and recommended suitable properties. Truly great guys, we would definitely recommend them.

Just a terrible service to be honest, constant pestering for deposits etc even when you still have questions with a property. They were far more concerned with keeping the landlord happy in my opinion and did not pass on a list of things we asked to be done prior to us moving in, causing alot of problems with our landlord when we did move in!
