Perhaps it was naive to expect reasonable service and practice in this sector. We have consistently received poor unreliable and disrespectful service in our dealing from some staff members, one of whose position on everything he said was so inconsistent and overbearing, that it took some strength to believe in obvious facts that were evident before our eyes.
Understandably they want to push sales through, but unacceptably they will do so at the expense of the customers' better interests. Simply shocking has been our service and the level of professionalism of some of their staff members.
Their website descriptions of staff is at times risible. They get a lot of money to keep their staff in makeup, smart clothes and nice cars etc... they do not to my mind justify anything near their commission.
Shocking and could never ever recommend.
