I am still receiving bills for a room no bigger than a child's bedroom I was placed in as temporary accommodation during COVID.

The gas and electric where included in the rent as a service charges. The agencey against my will and permission registered me with both gas and electric and I am still being charged for a room I haven't lived in for 2 years.

They try to exploit people and loop holes. The house in Woodside gardens was rat infested as the drains had been eaten through and the rats could literally just enter the property anyway they liked.

They never wanted to help always had excuses and would say things like we'll you put yourself In that position.

The only reason their business has survived this long is that the private rental market exploits poor and people who don't speak read or write good English and take advance of a benifit system. With such a demand for housing it's hard to set a standard so they get away with everything.

Awful management of council rented property. No structure in place to avoid it adress problems completely money focused.
