Manors

This company needs a lot of improvement in management and directorship, also the people they employ need to have adequate training. I reside in a property next door to a house that is managed by manors estate agents in cranbrook road, the house is being renovated, the builders they are using are not very competent. They broke the party wall between the two properties and did not even bother to inform us, they damaged things in our garden and have not replaced them, as i have a dog, the dog could have gone into other gardens, they have damaged electricals in the garden which now even after months of ringing and talking to them still are not fixed! these are dangerous as we have animals and have to keep an eye constantly, just to make sure they are ok.
this has been going on for over 3 months, if this is not incompetence and work of untrained staff, i do not know what is
but i would not rate this company as trustworthy!
