We lived in an unsafe and unlivable property with a completely unsafe landlord who doesn't understand his responsibilities in contract. Davis and Gibbs take no responsibility and now he's trying to keep our deposit.

He claims everything wrong with the flat that we tried to contact him about is our fault even though they were broken and not cleaned when we moved in as Anthony stated there wasn't time. The landlord is trying to claim everything was new even though it was broken when we moved in. The mould is so severe it's a health issue to those who are asthmatic and have had operations. The mould was so bad that no mould paint quick fix will do the job. It ruined clothes, shoes, weakened cupboard doors so they'd fall off. Water on the walls in winter, you can't breathe. The only repairs the landlord fulfilled was 2 leaking issues. One cut the power to over half the flat. The other caused damage into the first bedroom. We had to stay due to lack of money. We lost days of work because he wouldn't deal with repairs himself. Mould is the responsibility of the landlord. It even damaged the beds.
