I have rented a flat with Parkinsonfarr for the last year and have nothing negative to say at all! They are very friendly and approachable and offer superb communication to suit any needs perfectly. As a result of this professional service I have stayed with them as a tenant and renewed my contract! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been with Parkinson Farr for a total of 4 years now and I must say they have always shown great care in managing my property. I do meet tenants now and again and have received tremendous feedback so far. With Parkinson Farr’s professional management, long gone are the complications I faced with many previous agencies.

I used Parkinson Farr to sell my property in Willesden Green, the reason I went with Parkinson Farr was because of the honest advice I was given from the sale manager Matt Atack, throughout all the viewing I was constantly given feedback from all the team, when a buyer was found they pushed the sale through very quickly and updated me on the sale progress, I Highly recommend using Parkinson Farr.

We have been using Parkinson Farr as our managing agents for the last 10 years. They are absolutely superb, nothing is to much trouble for them. Being overseas, the 10 properties that they let and manage for us are expertly handled by them. We do meet our tenants each year and they also give us glowing feedback. Very rare in this day and age and especially with Estate Agents, but I really cannot fault them, professional and approachable and we will continue to hand over our other properties when they become available.

My friend had used parkinsonfarr for her last move and couldn't recommend them enough ..I must admit I was a bit wary ..but obviously went on my friends recommendation ..I could not fault them at all. Highly professional on all counts ..Got lots of viewings, dealt with on line text or phone calls ..feedback put on email soon as they got it. I sold my property through Parkinson Farr in Nov 2013. I think they might have restored my faith in the value of estate agents. I found them to be friendly and professional throughout; it really helps that they're a local agent and not part of a big chain trying to push you to use in house services. They provided good marketing materials and when my first buyer demanded something unreasonable they gave clear sensible advice and secured a new serious buyer within 12 hours. They chased to ensure my sale process went through and got the balance right in terms of contact. Would recommend.
