Came in this morning to the London Bridge Store - attendant was very helpful. Left, then returned less than 3mins later for a receipt and the nice attendant had left, she was really good.
Lady that I found to inquire about a receipt was not only rude, she was very dismissive. She is definitely not want you want in your stores as your client facing representative.
