I went to the ladies store a couple of hours before it closed and I went home to try the jacket on and it didn't fit me so I went back and cause this was during the Christmas period I thought the store would be closed at 7.30 I got there now and the guy that was in the store was very rude and disrespectful towards me and I explained to him I understand that your closing but I just want to exchange the jacket which I purchased a couple of hours ago and the jacket rail was right in front he refused and he escorted me out as if I was a thief and I was really not happy with the way he spoke to me
