Rag & Beau

I have used their sample making facilities and had some garments made by them. Among other things, they changed the pattern without consulting me, they lost some of my precious buttons, and the deadline was changed by 2 weeks. This is a lot since they told me they could get it finished in a week. So the total was 3 weeks. These are only a few of the problems I had with them, the worst one probably being overpricing. The owner seems nice but also seems to be incapable of communicating between consumer and seamstress. I am very disappointed.

Rag and Beau : A Joke !!!

I have got a voucher through an offer bought on a deal website for my Birthday for a facial and a stone massage. It was already a pain to set up the first appointment, I sent several emails with no reply, make a few phone calls (May-June) but I reached a voicemail with no possibility to leave a message, I finally had to go to the beauty salon at 312 Lee High Road to make an appointment (June). A nice lady acknowledged me, she opened the company email account to book my appointment and what a surprise when I have seen that more than 400 emails were unread. Another lady came (I believe she is the manager) and started to talk to the staff like if they were dogs! Very unprofessional! On top of that, the place is very untidy: bin bags on the floor and very messy ect… Anyway, my appointment is booked and I am still very enthusiastic!

On the day of the treatment (July), I received an email from Rag and Beau; my appointment was cancelled due to electrical problems and asked me to contact them back to reschedule it!!! I sent them a few emails and made a few calls since then to reschedule it… but nobody reply to me with a date yet!!! I finally received an email a few days later that says they are really busy and cannot book further appointments until September and added that I can request a refund via the deal website! Is it a joke?

I cannot even say that I am disappointed with the quality of Rag and Beau services because they DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICES AT ALL!!! I have lost too much time with this company to get nothing at the end of it! My friends asked a refund and Bye Bye my B-day present!

To be honest, if after 3 months Rag and Beau is not able to set up an appointment properly, I definitely would not try carrying out a treatment with them. I highly not recommend them!

Rag and Beau were on Groupon seveal weeks ago offering a massage deal. I have tried to contact them by phone and either had a surly reply telling me to email or could not get through. I have emailed them 3 times as requested for the Groupon deal but have had no reply. I would not recommend them at all. I have paid my money and got nothing.
