What a dreadful experience! I returned a pair of sandals which I purchased a wk earlier due to a fault. I have to say I was expecting a quick refund or exchange and was offered neither! After close inspection the manager made reference to the fact that the soles looked very worn (I had only worn them twice and I drive!) and then stated that the sandals would have to be returned to the manufacturer’s to determine if they were faulty or not?!??? And to add insult to injury, I would have to wait 14days for him to contact me...and even then I may not get an exchange or refund if they were found not to be faulty! I made a purchase in this store in good faith - I purchased a faulty pair of sandals and now have to wait 14 days (with no sandals) for a decision on whether I will get an exchange or refund! Terrible after care! Don't buy from this store...no matter how tempting!
