I bought 2 gilets from Vanilla Paris in Januarry 2018. As they were not fitting, I returned them a week later and asked for money refund. 9 months and countless emails later there are no money on my account and the company stopped communication. I'm passing the case to my lawyer to deal with them! I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

The customer service from this company was appalling 10 years ago and I now find that it hasn't changed, the quality of the handbags however has changed, for the worse. I am not surprised to hear about customers being sworn at, the company has no regard for its reputation at all. 10 years ago I bought a faulty bag and asked for a replacement buckle which was missing. They would not oblige and the owner became aggressive. Ten years on I foolishly bought another bag online, poor quality and I have rudely been refused a refund as it was a sale bag. Not stated in terms and conditions, do avoid!

i have a few bags from vinella paris most bought on line and i love them but my husband did go into the shop yo get one for me and he did say it was a bit of a tip like a wholesalers but saying that all my bags are beautiful, leather, and quality .always get lovely comments on tham so the shop owner may need to look at his sales pitch but i would defo go on line and buy and if i was near by would go into the shop :)

The wife and I were out shopping on a weekend. She was attracted to the wares in Vanilla Paris. The shop was full of accessories and bags, on shelves and strewn on the floor. The only thing the store was lacking was customers and space for them. While browsing items on one of the display tables, my wife accidently lightly kicked one of the bags sitting on the floor next to the table and I lightly put it back in its place with my foot. The person who later identified himself as the owner then said straight-faced, “I usually kick people who kick my bags”. I said, “pardon?” He repeated it and I said the floor probably isn’t a very good place to put items that he considers valuable. He told me to get the F… out of his store while making some other rude remarks. Needless to say, we won’t be going back and if you value being treated with respect, then avoid this store.
