Domino's Pizza

To start, I must say I have had no problem with the food.
I prefer the style of Dominos pizzas to other competetors.
Each branch is a franchise though, and the customer service of the dartford branch is non existant.
My problem started when i received a glossy leaflet through the post promoting "special offers for the pizza lover". The offer i was interested in was "any pizza £9.99". When i rang to order i was informed that the offer had expired, I objected that the voucher was date stamped and still well within the specified offer period - but was then informed thet the manager had told staff not to accept it.
The leaflet had an email address printed on it to report any issues with the offer - but I never received any response or reply from that email address.
I searched online and found another email address for customer service at the datford branch, but this email is dead, and messages bounce back undelivered.
I then went direct to their head office, who were pretty efficient at replying and offering assurances - but a month after their promise that the branch would contact me to resolve the issue - I have heard nothing.
In short, the food is great, but if you ever need customer service, you better look elsewhere.
