Pre-ordered pizza for New Year’s Eve for kids. When order did not arrive I phoned them and was told order was not even in the oven, they promised it would be delivered within 30-40 mins. 2 hrs later no pizza no phone call back just a bunch of disappointed kid on New Year’s Eve. Wife got McDonalds instead. Thanks Pizza Hut. The Barkingside branch is especially bad they do this all the time, I should have known better. Next year Domino’s.
I will never use Pizza Hut again. Ps, order never arrived and no sign of an apology, so much for customer service.
I would give zero out of ten but website won’t allow this even if it is an option.

Ordered a pizza at 1855 it arrived at 2005 opened the box to find one cold pizza. Rang to complain they offered a replacement in about 40 mins or a five pound credit. Don't bother dominos from now on your food is awful.
