Dennis's Chippy

I decided to try out this new chippy for a change from the one I usually go to which is next to the station and so I have to pass it to get home. Dennis's is a bit further in the other direction. However, I had the biggest, most succulent piece of skate that I have had in years from any fish shop. It was beautifully white, the batter was light and crispy and far superior to that served up in my usual take away. The only thing that stopped me scoring a 10 was that we had to wait a very long time, but I'd rather that than instantly walk away with a piece of fish that's been kept warm for ages. Would highly recommend Dennis's and will be buying fish again tonight.
