Tasted like frozen fish with soggy batter

Baffled by a poor review.....great chips...fish fish. What's not to like?

We wouldn't go anywhere else.

we think it is the best fish and chip shop in the area. Much better fish than the vastly over-rated Toffs in Muswell Hill for instance. It's not cheap, but there is not reason why it should be if it is good quality.

Over priced and soggy chips, loads of other alternatives locally.

lovely fish and chips..love the onion vinegar and I make it a point to come here when I visit my mum in north london.
chips are always soft and nicely cooked I love them with beans or a dab of heinz ketchup.
only thing is the cod cost too much although they do smaller pieces that are still too costly! !

I normally enjoy thr Fish n Chips but today was a big let down...Chips were burn't and fish was saturated in oil...I was looking fwd to thm so much as its the month of Ramadhan and i wa to enjoy breakin my fast with my fav dish..I will still buy from themake sure i see what i am buying...i think its important to give feed back as previously they have been so good!!
