If you are a pet owner, specially a one with nails, you know how damaged the flooring can get. We didn't mind this at the start, but it went so deep to the point that we started finding little thorn wooden pieces around. We decided to contact this company, and since they quoted us a fair price over the phone, we decided to book them for a sanding service. There is very little you can do in a situation like ours, so I don't judge the builders for not being able to make the flooring look like new. I'm delighted with the service and would recommend them.
