Shocking customer service, the lady was very negative.
Didn't want to look at pictures or ideas that I had. Tole me to go on Pinterest, although I already had pictures ( she obviously wasn't listening).
I looked like she wasn't interested on a small purchase.

Appalling customer service - avoid!
I arrived at Dansk in my wedding dress as we stopped to collect flowers before marrying at Islington Town Hall and I was amazed to receive the worst customer service possible.
The two girls were extremely disengaged, sighed when I asked if flowers went well together (I was told: "all flowers looks good with other flowers" - not exactly the specialist knowledge Dansk claims to offer on their website) and downright rude.
A few examples of the poor service:
1. I asked for a second small bouquet for my sister and was told: "you should have told me that earlier." Cue more huffing and sighing as the girl walked all of three feet to inelegantly grab more flowers from the buckets. She rolled her eyes at the other girl whilst doing so.
2. Icy silence throughout the entire my time in Dansk except for when I asked a question (always answered flatly).
3. When I asked what colour ribbon I wanted for t
