I recently visited the flower shop, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The shop appeared messy and disorganized, which was a stark contrast to my pleasant and tidy experience just a month ago. The flower selection was notably poor compared to my previous visit too. To make matters worse, my interaction with a lady named [ ] left much to be desired, as her bouquet-making technique seemed harsh and unwelcoming. Overall, my experience at the shop was far from satisfactory.

Bought flowers from here for my friends graduation. Staff was really helpful with creating a new bouquet for me from the picture that I showed. Only one thing, that they don't have lots of different colour paper but the lady still made absolutely lovely wrapping. Thanks.

Very nice flowers. I asked for pink spray roses for my cake decorations but it wasn't any left so lady offered to order something for the next day! Very helpful and I'm happy with my flowers. Shop is at Canary shopping centre.

I bought some flowers on Sunday and asked florist if she could do Japanese wrapping style as it's a gift for my friend and she is from Japan. Florist made a very nice bunch and wrapped exactly how it was in my mind. Thank you so much! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but I'll come back again to thank her.

Such a beautiful shop! Always fresh flowers, lots of plants. Florists are always helpful and with the smile.

Since they continue to delete reviews on google reviews instead of fixing their pathetic customer service issues. I’d leave my review here. Buy flowers or even speak to the shop attendant at your own risk. The worst quality flowers made worse by appalling customer service. What a combination!
