Simply the best florist....ive used Joannes for about 15 years....never had a complaint. Staff are wonderful and the flowers wether a funeral tribute or bouquet or simply a quick bunch to brighten up a dull day Joannes will never let you down.

For two years we have used this florist ever since we moved here. They were recommended so I gave it a try and we have received nothing but 100% professionalism. FLOWERS are beautiful, high quality. When we needed advice we got it. Friendly, knowledgeable, very sympathetic when we sorted funeral flowers, the tributes were beautiful, well made and they looked lovely. I can't be negative as there is nothing negative to say. I will always use this florist and tell everyone in the area to go there.

Rang at 9 am this morning to try and order some flowers for a funeral which was at lunchtime and five minutes walk from the florist. Got a very curt ' Sorry it's too late'
No help offered despite the nature of the enquiry.
Ordered them from a florist in central london instead who was able to do it in time.
I appreciate florists get busy but she may want to review her customer service skills.

I have used Joanne,s florist for many years and will continue to do so for every occasion. I recently used Joanne,s for funeral flowers and even a single red rose I ordered was given the same care to detail as a £100 plus wreath . where I live we have two other florist a walk away, but I would rather take a bus ride and get just what I want and ordered, excellent service,would recommend this shop to everyone , and I always do .

Joanne's is the best florist in London and would recommend her to anyone and everyone specially for special occasions and funerals . If you want the best then leave the rest and go to Joanne's . You will be glad you did .

Absolutely not great service at all, I was recommended to her by a funeral director which turns out to be her partner. The flowers did not look great! Quite upsetting really.

Joanne arranged all the flowers for my husbands funeral 6 years ago and they were absolutly beatiful. She made the day much easier for me to handle, all delivered on time with a friendly service.
Joanne also arranged a cross for me for a family friend's funeral a couple of weeks ago and the only word I can use to describe it is stunning, and at a very reasonable cost.

I have been using Joannes Florists for many years,the flowers are top quality,as is the service.Joanne and her team, are helpful,efficient,and talented.I cannot recommend this business highly enough,their handtied bouquets, and floral tributes are second to none,service with a smile,a laugh and joke where appropriate,i wouldn't buy my flowers or bedding plants anywhere else.Thank You.

Joanne is always friendly and polite and very helpful when I have been in there to purchase flowers. She also delivers on time and got a great knowledge of floristry and her flowers are value for money.
