The sales assistant was so rude that I walked out of the shop. I suggest going to Neal's Nursery instead, where they have a wider selection and unlike Blooms, their staff are not shockingly rude.

Whoever was on duty at 2.30pm on Saturday 6th June caused you to lose my business and I won't be returning.
