I have used Cogger's Florist Walthamstow E17 for my flowers for the last 15 years, for every occasion or no particular occasion. The staff and owners are patient listeners, they are polite, sensitive and intuitive about my needs. I am highly recommending them from personal experience and will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.
