The owner of Gingerlily Flowers, Ruth, sources her flowers in person at the market each morning. This ensures freshness, quality and longevity, and also means she can choose a few of the more unusual flora...she likes suprises.
Gingerlily Flowers specialises in new old fashioned flowers. We do not stock tropical flowers, preferring to source our flowers from Britain if possible. Our style is very much 'Old English', we like our flowers to look natural, as though they could have grown together.
Gingerlily's packaging is 99% natural. We avoid using cellophane wherever possible, preferring natural papers. We believe the flowers should be the main event, not swathes of ghastly cellophane. The only non artificial bit is the little sticker we use to hole the whole thing together!
Gingerlily also specialises in weddings. We love a bit of romance and relish the chance to share in the planning of a Bride's big day. All our wedding flowers are bespoke, designed with the bride's personal style in mind.
