If you are at the end of the line nd have no other options but to use this firm because of a funeral grant please be aware that your loved one could be stored for 2 months while the DWP sort out your claim , The receptionist is curt on the verge of rude , they charge you £100 for a £6 my hermes cost to return your loved ones ashes which according to the manager of my hermes they dont allow , all in all a shoddy experience and unfortunate that I did not have the funds at the time for a proper undertakers .
