Tender Touch

Tender touch did my our grandad franks funeral, words can’t describe how lovely, caring and professional the staff are. The minute we walked into the door we had a lovely warm welcoming from the lady called Terri (who works in Herbert road) nothing was to much for Terri as she was so helpful., caring and understanding. Even on the day of our grandads funeral she was in the phone to my mum helping her ❤️.
I would personally like to thank a Terri for everything she has done to help my family through a difficult time. Also to the undertakers staff, very polite, professional and caring, they did a lovely job ❤️

After months of grief at the loss of my mum i finally feel strong enough to write this review. Tender Touch Funerals were terrible and made the planning of my mums funeral complicated, difficult and emotionally draining. They contridicted themselves multiples times on pricing (taking advantage of my sisters grief by suggesting horse drawn carriages when we stated we were relying on a grant from the DWP), they were unclear what was included in packages i.e no extra car or anyone to lead the service in the basic package (we were told if we wanted that we would have to go to the next price package which was over £1000.00 more) and over all lacked understanding and compassion espically when speaking with a woman called Merrion who told us no price plan could be made with them and if we couldn't pay or get the grant in time from DWP we would have to put the date of the funeral back (just to clarify my mum died 8 jan 2018, her funeral was on 9 march 2018) we were being told to put this dat
