Having read the earlier review above, had been weary. However own experience today with M&A Funeral service was nothing short of professional, respectful and full of kindness.
Would highly recommend the service- the organisation was clear and a special mention to the outstandingly warm and loving ladies who provided the final washing service for the deceased. They were exceptionally kind, willing to manage the service and be inclusive to those who wanted to participate.
Would not hesitate based on today’s experience to say this made a difficult time dealing with bereavement just that bit less stressful by their kindness.

My husband was found dead unexpectedly by his young sons aged 6 & 7! The Embassy arranged for my husband to be sent here! This funeral director shipped my husbands body back to Tunisia and DID NOT TELL ME! My two young boys did not even say goodbye to their father! I had even spoken to Mohammed at the funeral parlour to ask if the boys would need a closed coffin to say goodbye! My wishes were ignored and two small boys will have to live with the memory of finding their father dead and in their words "baba is purple and stiff!" I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THESE PEOPLE FOR DOING THIS TO TWO SMALL CHILDREN......The attitude of the funeral directors was "oh well!"
