If possible to be delighted about a funeral, absolutely delighted with the respect, professionalism and patience shown to both my son and I, when arranging and during the actual funeral of my husband.

Need also to include Nick, who with his team of pallbear's and driver, displayed unfailingly professionalism and grace. Always attentive but never intrusive.
