Absolutely appalling "service".
They gave my dads ashes to someone else.
They enquired internally bit couldn't tell us where our dad had gone. Investigation showed they had not only not followed their own processes but had broken the law on several counts in not following the executors wishes etc
The owner then emailed me to say he was sorry my family were deceptive towards his company.
To this day they acknowledge they have no idea who they gave my dad to and agree they didn't follow the law or their own guidelines.
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE
Absolutely disgusting.
And by the way no mention of any compensation from them.

Fantastic care at our families most difficult time. I couldn't of been happier with the overall service received from west & coe all at very reasonable charges.

it is great place. the people there are friendly and caring. they are professional and polite. they listen and answer all your questions well. it is also a great save of money!
