I had a very different experience. Helpful man who tried to find the right mirror for me. He offered to get items out of storage. He look up items on his website so I could see things he currently did not have in the shop. He has sent me a email link. I was impressed, even though no purchase.

In short, the service is the worst I have ever experienced from any retail store I have been to.
I went to enquire about one of the mirrors in the window and the shop assistant had no clear information about sizes or prices, making it difficult for me to make a decision. I decided to leave as, although the mirrors looked nice, the service and lack of knowledge was just shocking. As I went to leave I was actually insulted in many forms - 1, that I was the one who could not understand the sizing or pricing and had confused myself and 2, that he didn't care if I didn't buy anything because he absolutely didn't need the money and especially not from someone like me who was, 3, awkward!
I'm not sure I would classify asking a shop assistant questions about the product I would like to buy as awkward, but clearly it is better not to ask questions in this shop unless you would like to be shouted at and insulted.
I would absolutely advise anyone to look elsewhere for another independent retail store for much better service, much better knowledge and I would assume much better quality products. And remember, apparently he doesn't need the money anyway so why not give it to someone who does!
