Only option for this question is yes I need to be honest, I would say no, my experience was not good and I now have a DFS product, I have my reasons but don't want to come under the negative rules this site has. My problem was not with sales but lack of delivery apparently the sofa would not fit through my door that a four seater from DFS came through, the sofa never went near my front door the van not opened up and no measurements taken, last delivery on a Saturday afternoon out I n the London suburbs proberbly the problem, then I was told I won't get a refund for something I did not even know was produced good job visa there to sort these things out.

The team in the Tottenham Court Road shop were fantastic - they listened to all my requirements and suggested adjustments to make me exactly what I wanted and needed. I ordered two sofas and an armchair (single) sofa bed, all of which are great. They were made and delivered really quickly and I cannot fault the service in any way.
This is in fact the second time I have bought a sofa from Highly Sprung and I can highly recommend them to others. I really like the fact that you can make adjustments to so many aspects e.g. back height, arm width as well as fabric and cushion fillings, so you can really get what you want. Thanks!

Fantastic sofa and great purchase. it came custom made to my measurements and felt like I was in good hands after I ordered the sofa. Charles and Mo were very friendly in the shop and helped me. Chris also helped me over the phone as to when I could pay and how the delivery would take place.
Amaryllis also gave good further details to ensure a smooth delivery. Highly sprung is on the Tottenham Court road where other big boys are such as Habitat and Dwell. But with the big chains you cannot really custom make and choose your materials. With Highly Sprung you can do all of that. I got them to shorten my sofa length and even put foam into the base section where you pull out the sofa bed so that when you sit on it as an ordinary sofa you cannot feel the metal frame underneath (top move). i chose my seat cushion material being high density foam wrapped in fibre and then the back cushions to be feather filled which made an unbelievable difference compared to sofas I was sitting

Ordered a bed for my daughter who customised it with her own fabric/footboard choices. Bed arrived on time but unfortunately, wasn't quite right. Spoke to the team who immediately worked to rectify the problem and now we have a fabulous bed which fits perfectly in her room! I recently purchased an L shape sofa bed and I'm extremely happy with it.
Sofa is of good quality, comfortable, good structure and nice fabrics.
Customer service received in store was very good, the team listened to my needs and questions and advised accordingly.
I've been particularly impressed by the flexibility and options available for a custom-made sofa. Highly Sprung managed to do the sofa in the dimensions I couldn't find anywhere else, yet at a competitive price! Custom made, but at the price of other retailers where options are limited.
I was also extremely impressed with the delivery timings. I got the sofa in 2 weeks, whilst other places were talking about 2 months minimum. This was a very nice surprise to me, and I was very happy to see that the estimate delivery date was not changed after order.

We purchased an amazing sofa bed from Highly Sprung and it is indeed the best sofa bed in the world as their adverts say!!! Its a very stylish sofa and has a very unique opening mechnaism to turn it into a really comfortable generous sized double bed. The memory foam mattress is a joy to lie on. The only complaint I have is how do we make sure any guests don't over stay their welcome because they are too comfortable...?
Delivery was punctual and well communicated so we really can't fault these guys. After shopping around and looking at all kinds of other sofa beds we are really pleased we found Highly Sprung. Its nice to support a smaller independant business too.

As I told Charles, Highly Sprung's most amazing sales person, I hate shopping! And after having an extremely frustrating experience with a previous company and a sofa bed that had to be returned, I was not looking forward to starting the search again. But thanks to Charles' wonderful customer service shopping for a new sofa bed was a real pleasure. Charles has great timing and knows when to offer help or let you walk around and take your time to shop. He is extremely professional, knows all the products and fabrics inside out and is really friendly and helpful. My sofa hasn't even arrived yet and I am writing a review so that you give an indication of how good the service was! I'll write another review when the sofa comes but I have no doubt the product will match the standards of customer service. I tried it out in-store and it works so easily...no lifting up cushions and pushing pieces together - one pull and you're ready to sleep. Thank you Charles and Highly Sprung.

I must have made more than 10 trips and spent hours asking questions, taking measurements etc. A difficult customer I fear, but not once made to feel so. The team was incredibly friendly and helped me make the right choices for my new home. I ended up buying three pieces! They look stylish, are super comfy and are definitely value for money. I really shopped around and I can't recommend these guys enough. I like the fact they are made in the UK, the turnaround is super quick (4 weeks), and delivery is hassle free. I can't recommend Highly Sprung strongly enough - I ambled into the store 'just browsing' and Steve was fantastic at getting to exactly the right sofa for me - the Modular sofa which you can break apart without seeing ugly brackets on the side like many other products out there. I ended up having to wait a full year for delivery due to building work and the HS guys were very understanding. My sofa was delivered 2 weeks ago and I basically never want to leave the house again, it is just perfect, exactly what I hoped for (even more comfortable actually). Good value for money too.

They put the wrong feet on the sofa and they made you pay the full price up front so they didn't care whether you were happy or not or how many months they kept you waiting. Absolutely amazing service from Charles and a great sofa. Everything was totally customisable and after being disappointed at so many other shops, we found exactly what we wanted here. And it arrived in less than a month - a third of the time a big sofa store quoted us for delivery.

Given the facade of the Highly Sprung shop amongst the other posh alternatives on TCR I had my doubts but it was the sofa comfort and quality the persuaded me to go ahead with the order.
I did receive the sofa within 13 days on time, exactly as promised and with same quality as displayed in the shop.
At this point I would highly (no pun intended) recommend this shop for anyone looking for a good quality sofa with a very quick turnaround.

Highly sprung is a great find! Sofa bed is a proper bed. They are flexible on dimensions, so it will fit your space and access to the room. Delivery man quickly broke it down to fit round a corner which other sofas arent designed to do.
Honest service and leave you be to mull - which is great as I took 6 months to decide! It was more expensive than I originally thought of paying but that's because I am got exactly what I wanted.

We were having to move downstairs due to my disability and as we did not have an extra room downstairs, but had a huge lounge we decided to buy the Roma (Everday) Sofa Bed from Highly Sprung. From first contact to ordering and delivery there were no hiccups at all. When I asked for measurements they were spot on plus they sent me samples of the leather to choose from. All e-mails answered timeously and courteously. The sofa arrived on the date they stated and we are over the moon with it. This sofa bed is top quality and the mattress is very good and comfortable, which was very important.

We bought a new sofa at Highly Sprung, it is definitely worth visiting the shop to see the sofas and get ideas. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. There was a 'can do' attitude from start to finish, all aspects of the sofa design could be accommodated and it becomes almost a custom made sofa at a very competitive price. Delivery was quick, four weeks and the sofa is great quality, extremely comfy and as planned. A great all round service, and a UK based company. Highly recommended, (particularly the 'slouch couch').

I wanted a big sofa that I could relax on after work so I bought the Kenisington 4S. I liked it because it has 3 cushions for 3 people and the middle person isn't sitting on the crack if it had only two cushions. The Sofa came and they couldn't get in to my flat because of my narrow door and small foyer, so they took it back and rebuilt a new one that has a back that removes form the base and they had it in here in 3 days. This is the second time I have used them in 2 years..this time I needed a sofa bed for my London flat that is rented out. Ahmed was efficient and very honest with his advice. He used a Tweed fabric that was woven and hard wearing and delivered on his promise of 7 days. WOW!

We had a phone call for arrival in 30 minutes which was very helpful.
Very pleasant driver who managed a difficult entrance on an icy path his own, unwrapped the packing, demonstrated how the bed worked and removed the debris. He was reluctant, until I insisted, to accept the well deserved tip I offered.

Highly Sprung is the only place to go when you need a sofa. Steve and his team are amazing and very knowledgable. the service they give is second to none, there is nothing they won't do.

I found Highly Sprung from the Internet and their sofa bed collection was just what we were looking for. The best thing was that we could visit their shop to actually see and test sit the sofa beds.
We ordered one and we got our new sofa bed delivered after 2 weeks although we were told it would take about 4 weeks. This was really nice surprise.
We are extremely happy with our new sofa bed and would recommend Highly Sprung to everyone.

I bought a Highly Sprung Sofa Bed on recommendation of a friend, and from experience of having crashed on theirs many times, and I would highly recommend too. The customer service has been excellent and friendly throughout. The sofa is exactly what I wanted and expected - contemporary, looks great, comfortable to sit on and is the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Delivery was flexible to my needs, on time and they assembled it in minutes. All round excellent service and product.

Visited highly spring re Mattresses. Steve gave straightforward easy to understand & mostimportantly, honest advice on mattresses. Other shops used 'jargon'branded names & tried to sell expensive branded products!
