They need to improve their customer service. We purchased a table from Panache Casa. After the delivery guys had left, we noticed that one of the legs had marks on it.
We called and emailed the manager, but he did not reply. After 1 week, we went back to the store and explained to the manager what had happened. He said that we had signed for the table, saying that it was ok, and that he was not interested.
We do not believe that this sort of service is good enough.
