Been buying furniture from here for over a decade. Couldn't say anything bad about this place, staff are ever so helpful and the products are top quality!

I'd bought lots of furniture from an online retailer and had encountered so many problems! I cancelled my order and went to Koala instead, they not only gave me advice to help deal with my claim but their furniture was second to none! They were so helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for, I'd strongly recommend them.

Brilliant service! Well done koala, I bought a fantastic made to measure oak table and had it delivered within two weeks. Not only was it half the price of the department store that I'd looked at but also delivery was free of charge! Very happy!

A great selection of oak and pine furniture with excellent customer service! I had a large unusual space to fill in my hallway and had my heart set on an oak bookcase, but after visiting countless shops to try and find one that was just the right size I had no luck. Koala were able to make the bookcase exactly how I wanted it and also delivered free of charge. Would definately recommend!
