Had my MOT AND SERVICE done here on 29/05/2020.
I dropped my car off at 8.30am, no issues.
Got a call at 12.30pm from them to say my car was finished but they strongly recommend I had my break disks and pads changed. I went with their strong recommendation and consented to this work being carried out.
When I arrived to collect my car later in the afternoon, I was took in the office for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, although they had all seen me.
One guy was smoking in the area where the work is carried out on the cars, another was blasting music from a customers car and another was sitting chatting with another guy.
It wasn’t until my partner arrived and joined me in the office that someone arrived to take my payment and hand my keys back.
On hearing that I owed them £270 on top of the £89.10 that I’d paid for the mot and service I was quite taken aback.
I said that seems like a lot of money for brake discs and pads.
