HRE

I have been servicing my vehicle at H.R.E. for nearly 10 years now and I am still driving the same Mercedes that is now 16 years old. The owner tells you exactly what he thinks is wrong with the vehicle, so there is no messing about and is fair with the price. When my car was under Warranty and Alan Day couldn't fix the problem a friend had suggested that I use H.R.E, as he too had a Mercedes. The owner of H.R.E told me to take it back to Alan Day and told me to inform them that my car needed a diagnostic check (at least I think that's what it was). Reluctantly Alan Day did this and then found the problem. Since that time, I have been with H.R.E. and have not had any problems with my car. I only take my car in once a year for Servicing and MOT and I know that the owner will do an excellent job, as I have never (touch wood), had to take it back. My daughter also bought her first car last year and, yes you have guessed it, she takes it to H.R.E. for servicing.
