Sold faulty goods and then refused a refund 5 minutes later when I had the item opened. Literally pushed me on the street and told me to ‘F’ off. I’ll be reversing the charge through my credit card company

I was sold faulty goods and was refused a refund the shopkeeper was very rude

I bought gifts, the guy that attended to me cheated on me, i paid thing and i just noticed he didn't add everything to my package.
I am going to take them up on this

This shop has just ripped off my son, who bought a suitcase two days ago, the wheels shredded when he left the shop. He has gone back for a refund and the crook owner is not honouring any refund saying he has dragged the case on two wheels. What a thief how else do you pull a suitcase, complete crooks and rip off. Would not recommend. he went back for a refund and was refused. These people are dishonest and the phone number does not work. This is clearly a den of crooks who do not have any soul or care for the universe.
