Friendly family run business with decent prices. Got an aluminium Bifold and all our windows installed by Tunnel Glazing. Would use again.

A bad experience unfortunately. Delayed installation and, when it did happen, windows were installed incorrectly. When i complained, the owner used a very aggressive tone. The refit did happen, but the install quality was just sloppy, with more aggressive tone from the fitter. They seem to have a “customer is always wrong” mentality and a “do as many installs as we can” approach. Its quantity over quality with this company. Not recommended.

Tunnel Glazing helped me out when I cracked some glass. They replaced it next day at a good price. Always friendly in their service.

I was really disappointed with their service.I went there to ask them to repair my patio door, they said they will order the right parts provided I pay the advance. I did. They got me entirely different thing, when I asked them refund the item they refused to do so even it was not some thing what I can use or ordered. I'd strongly recommend not to use their service if you can.
