Ultralux Window Systems

We have just used Ultralux to replace our windows and it has been an excellent buying experience. Communication was great and they are nice people to deal with (they called to let us know they were on their way, arrived when promised, kept us up to date on timing). When Alan left after his visit my wife and I both hoped his quote would come in lower than others - he sent a quote about an hour later, was immediately available to answer some questions and away we went. Cannot fault any aspect of the service - fitters were prompt, polite, tidy and did a very neat job. Highly recommended.

I had a no nonsense quote within fifteen minutes for fascias and no pressure to buy immediately. This was a blessing after being tortured by Anglian and Everest and all their crap about it would only be that price if agreed on the spot. Ultrulux man was not pushy and quote could be taken up any time within a year. The work was good, they removed old rotten wood and new fascias are fully guaranteed.
