very nice supermarket every thing clean and tidy
the stuff friendly every time when i go to this shop they give me help specially the lady on the till she have a soft heart she likes to help customers
they have all the spices and herb ,fruit, meat and vegetables all fresh .

Would be nice if the staff actually spoke to you. Girl on the till was on the phone talking very loudly. Not once did she speak to me. Didn't even make eye contact. No please or thank you. Zero customer service skills. Manners are free and could have made a big difference. Won't go there again.

Please teach your staff how to work. I got someone to collect a package for me, on the text it clearly states bring ID and barcode OR code (the code was listed). The woman said she needed to scan the code and couldn’t do it without it, when the text clearly states a code she could’ve entered. Because of this I had to pay for data to send a picture of the barcodes over and open them. It’s something as simple as entering a code in, why are they not trained it?
