I have shopped here since it was opened and have recommended many people. Staff are friendly. However, after finding wheat weevil in a bag of spelt flower, I discreetly told the owner and she would not give me my money back.
This is not good customer service and I will not shop there again.

If you need something organic, or a herb for your health you would not go wrong going to Esmes. There are herbs that you cannot get anywhere except at Esme's.
