What a rude customer service it is!🤨

I went to return my parcel. It was a medium size but they refused to accept it excusing they take only small items. I cordially request to accept as it was 30 minutes walk from my home. During the conversation with lady shop keeper, owner of this shop literally asked me get out from his shop and they didn’t time to speak with me. OMG 😳 he speaks as if he is the King of UK. I never even experienced such a rude behaviour from anybody before. They are literally 3rd class people including the two ladies shop keepers. Hence, I would recommend ignore this shop if you can

I went to collect My own parcels, lady behind till said they were not there
I held My Driving License near her to see, I confirmed My name in Full & I showed her the EVRI Delivery Confirmation
She denied the parcels were there
I informed her it might be 2 big or 4 items small items…..after waiting patiently I saw the parcel packaging & informed her those 2 small parcels ones were mine……. I hope I can DIVERT My next 2 Parcels……NEVER GOING to Best Moon Shop EVER AGAIN

Such a rude woman works there ! I went there with my 6 months old to return the parcel via Hermes. There was 4 big stairs so I couldn’t access the store, door was open I heard the lady constantly chatting on the phone so I kindly asked could she scan the parcel for me as I can’t leave baby outside. She Rudely said ‘I don’t have time !’ There www not a single customer in the shop. She was keep chatting on the phone I just stud outside shocked, when she saw me again she said leave baby outside, come and scan. I just had no words to say. I wonder if she would leave her baby on the road. Then finally one nice lady (customer) offered me a help. I don’t know how this kind of people can work in retail. Disgusted.
