I called into the shop today spoke to a lady and asked her the whereabouts of the previous Butcher called Arman and she responded saying his not working there, am so heart broken as he was one of the best butchers I've known, he was Honest, Trustworthy, Empathetic, Kind, Respectful, Did a great meat job, he made great shish kebab and marinated chicken breast with lovely spices. I would definitely come back if the butcher returns back!!
