Vanitha Convenience Store

I had a terrible experience posting a parcel in this shop. I wish I read their reviews before posting as they strongly suggest not to choose this shop if you have to post a parcel through Yodel.
The man behind the counter was extremely rude and bossy. When I asked him to give me my parcel back as I wasn't happy with his service, he became aggressive and spoke such bad English that it was impossible to understand. I became concerned for my 2 year old daughter's safety and quickly left feeling intimidated and scared.
In the end, he did not return my parcel to me, which made me feel even more worried and anxious.
I cannot believe that this man has a licence in his shop to collect parcels. His attitude was unjustified and unacceptable for anyone, let alone a woman with a small child in the pram.
I will write a complain to Yodel about this shop so that hopefully they remove licence from him.
