Jojanco Enterprises

Mmmmm I'm not impressed with my visit to Jojanco. I don't expect to ever visit them again unless if all other groceries suddenly shut down because each and every manager had won the lottery.. yeah right

The staff was rude and fussy, not only with me but with the other customer that I saw in there. In my view it seemed like there the customers wants and needs were not valued. To work out totals they used a calculator, which I found very unprofessional, which means that without a receipt the customer would never know whether we were being ripped off or not. That was very fustrating as I was left home calculating the prices of the goods only to work out I had been charged £1.30 too much. I came back to there only to find the manager wasn't in and the mployee refused to give me my money because he had not known about it I would have to wait for the arrivsl of the manager.
