Very happy with my hair. I had some beauty treatments done too for this first time with Eser. I would highly recommend her. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning for more treatments. X

Awful. Communication is poor. I've been a couple of times, and never got what I asked for- mostly due to a language barrier. Wouldn't recommend. Will not be going again.

Terrible customer service. I was making enquiries to have my nails done and was just grunted at and pointed to down the back of the shop without being informed that the nail technician managed her own appointments. As a result I waited for an hour as I was so desparate to get my nails done that day; no-one actually advised me it would be so long a wait. The nail technician kept shouting at me re: what I wanted and refused to show me what I could have. It seemed if you were not a regular and didn't have a very specific pattern in mind you were disregarded. Also nails chipped badly by next day

Mehmet's was the cheaper option which resulted in un-professional staff. The salon wasn't pretty looking or stylish. The haircut took little effort and not much attention was paid during the procedure. My hair cut is okay but nothing special. Fairly boring and unfriendly environment.
