I Have been with Lily'S for more than 4 years. i do my Highlights, and cut and blow-dry there. the environment in the salon is fantastic. i always been listens and happy when i leave the salon.i strongly recommend this salon to every one.

I bought a brazilian blowdry on groupon from this salon a few months ago and I was extremely impressed. One failed brazilian blowdry from from a different salon led me back to Lily's hair and beauty where I was willing to pay full price. Once again they did not disappoint! I would highly recommend

dont go here. Firstly I felt insulted by some of the comments made by the hairdresser about my hair. Secondly I went in for a hair treatment and trim. Despite stressing that I wanted at most an inch and a half off the end I have come back with horribly short hair which I completely hate!

it's almost 2 years that i am lily's client. i have my wash and blowdry once aweek there. and my facial and waxing once a month. the hairdresser lady is profesional and knowes what to do. i love her blowdry and also highlights.
the beautition lady is super professional and so kind and friendly. the product she use are the best and the prices are so reasonable. where can u do your proper hollywood wax for less than £20 in 15 minutes?

I am a regular here and David, the male hairdresser, gives me consistently excellent haircuts for less than £10. I never have to wait, the people seem friendly and it's clear that David knows what he's doing - he's given me much better haircuts than some more expensively priced local rivals.
I can't speak for the ladies side of the service as a lot of people appear to have had bad experiences - but from a men's point of view this place is the best around. Cheap, good quality and fast.

I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. The hairstyle was similar to what Victoria beckham had. If she didn't know how to do it then she shouldn't have said she could simple. Funny that I went into a different hairdressers on the same day and asked for the same thing and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.

Lol @ helena. She is probably one of the staff that work there posing as a customer. No way could anyone in their right mind give that place 10 stars. The people that work there haven't got a clue what they are doing....they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near peoples hair. Maybe they should set up a dog grooming business although saying that I wouldn't even trust them with my dog!!!! Hahaha

i with my mum at this salon they have ni idead about hair they give me and mum very bad cut and salon is rubbish and dirty . pls dont go there

Worst hairdresser I have ever been to. They are rude and do not have a clue about how to cut hair. The lady cutting my hair, cut my hair and put the dye on it and then left the shop and did not return, leaving a girl who was not a hairdresser to wash and blow dry my hair. I went in and asked for a vertical bob however when I left what I was left with was an outdated ridiculous hairstyle. The haircut was so bad that I had to go to another hairdresser so they could sort my hair out. Waste of my money and time.

sorry i am sure your visit sounds horrible but as a hair dresser i wouldnt know what you wanted if you came in asking for a vertical bob, there is no such thing and i have worked in the vidal sasson accademy!!
