The staff should learn how to deal with unhappy customers - instead of shoving them outside of the shop, in a rude manner which is what happened to me. The staff should make sure they only stock the highest shellac products - as mine came off within 24 hours, and it took 25 minutes to remove the shellac, whilst any other salon, it takes 5 minutes.

Very good service, nice staff! Since my first massage session in this place, I was sure I will return, which indeed happend. Diana is a very kind person, a professional masseuse and knows how to take care of you. Even her clam voice helps you relax. :) Today she surprised me in a very very pleasant way! Why? Let's see: By the end of my prevoius massage session, I kind of felt very cold (is not like it was that cold, it's just that I have a low cold tolerance :P) so, I told her if for the next time she could do something in regards. Therefore when I entered the room today, I immediately felt it warmer and she actually prepared the bed with an electric blanket!! That was heaven! :D I have to say that I felt special and I enjoyed it even more! You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and they understand a feedback can be constructive. My compliments to Diana and the rest of the staff! I will definitely recommend the place to my friends! ;) Can't wait for my next sessi

Fantastic salon with really friendly staff. I have been for various treatments including shellac nails and waxing and have been very pleased with the results. I was prompted to write this as I looked down at my perfect nails two weeks after a manicure - unheard of for me! Thank you, and I have recommended this salon to friends who have been equally pleased, and it doesn't cost the earth!

They need to employ proper nail technicians. I got shellac nails done and they have chipped within a few days, very amateur and waste of money.
