This is most dysfunctional business I have ever set foot in and unfortunately for me I did not read the reviews. By the time I had read the review on this site, whilst sitting in the salon chair, I had already endured the most awful customer service ever recieved.
I was ignored for most of the session,treated with the utmost contempt and told there was not enough time to finish the treatments I had booked in for.
After the dreadful experience I was happy to leave and then was charged more then what was agreed when booking. The staff were both aggressive and abusive; and my hair looks awful.
Please avoid booking any treatments here, I had an awful experience and left the salon distraught. Even if you have discount vouchers, take it from me, it is not worth using them.

My First visit to this salon was rather enjoyable.. felt more like a home than "just" a salon, this may be due to it being a family run business.. but how ever it is run.. it works for me.. from the receptionist.. to the hairdresser everybody made me smile.. complimentary BEER and WINE!! all im saying is that the peolpe are very helpful. and now its my local ;)

Terribly run family franchise who were nothing but rude and aggressive from the start of my appointment till the end, which is when they actually became aggressive and demanded more payment than was agreed at the time of booking.
Paint peeling off the walls, the "salon" was in an awful state and this was reflected in the lack of customers, clearly times are hard but their approach towards me is not an intelligent way to conduct business.
I would strongly recommend for anyone not to try this salon, I had a horrible experience here and was extremely upset when I left.
